Hi All When embedding You tube videos is there a way for the related videos ad ads to not show up? Is it better to use Vimeo instead? Is embedding my video in the course a better option. My video is about 55 MB :(
unfortunately you can't turn them off. here is a link explaining what you can do with youtube videos and how to do it. my workaround: i installed the easy youtube video downloader extension (free) to my browser and download the videos as mp4 files and upload them as videos. maybe that would work for you?
Hi Katherine, Thanks for sharing. It is my video and I have uploaded it to You Tube. As the course is currently streamed via a html5 website I'm wondering what the better option is wrt downloading video : You Tube vs uploading to website.

I've had good luck uploading to Vimeo, setting the vids to private, and copy-pasting the embed code into Rise.

Thanks Holley.
There is way where your videos show up at the end instead of what YouTube would suggest. That's assuming you have a YouTube site with videos.
