Engage won't allow me to bring it into a powerpoint presentation

Hi Kathy. From your image attachment, it looks like you're trying to add an Engage interaction as a tab in your course player. Is that correct?

No, it's acting strangely. Although, I edited the engages graphics it's still showing the old graphic in the thumbprint. Here's a screenshot:

Hi Kathy. Thanks for clarifying your intentions. Unfortunately, the image you tried to attach didn't come through for me. That may happen when you're replying to a forum post via email.

In terms of the thumbprint image you referenced, do you mean this one, below?

If so, that thumbnail just indicates what type of interaction it is. It doesn't update to reflect any images you've inserted into the actual Engage Interaction.

From the first screen shot you shared, it looked like you had 3 identical Engage interactions in your project. In my experience, reusing the same file name can cause some unexpected behavior. You may want to remove those duplicate interactions, save your project, and then reinsert a new interaction to see if that solves the problem.

If that doesn't help and this is behavior you've never encountered before, please open up a support case so we can take a closer look.
