I tried to repair my studio install because I am having an issue with publishing to Word. I thought this might help. However, I receive this message as soon as the reinstall begins.
I think this might be the source of my issue. How do I fix this problem?
I am a registered user with a valid registration key. I have been now for the last 7 months or so.
Thanks. I actually tried the reinstall previously and I still received the 1706 error. So I did the micorosoft diagnostic; that didn't fix the 1706 error message. So I uninstalled the Suite and installed it again.
I now have a new problem. The publishing to Word does not work at all. I receive an error message that states I need to contact Microsoft and the program shuts down on me.

Try downloading the installer from our website here:
http://www.articulate.com/downloads/freetrial-step1.aspx
Then follow the prompts to reinstall. If you still have an issue, try the steps here:
