Building a bank of cards (300+) for learners. New to elearning authoring tools. Using Storyline 3 for quiz but need something for flashcards. Any suggestions? Or do I look to learning about Quizlet?

Do they have to type in something on the Flashcard? If you can explain a little bit more what you're trying to create I can let you know what the best solution is. Thanks in advance :)
Thank you. I'm having a dickens of a time creating the quiz and lost hope for using Storyline for the flashcards.
The quiz was to have 100 Multiple-choice questions and needed to be scored but not fed into LMS - a practice exam. I might be doing something wrong. It took so long to download the email zipfile that I gave up and decided to make the practice exam part A & B (50 questions each) in hopes that the user won't run into time download issues. I'm really worried about this exam now.
The flashcards were supposed to be simple "flip" from front to back so I may go with Quizlet.
I'm playing with the questions now to reduce the number & put in banks for future use or something like that.
