I love the flat image and graphics found on the eLearning Heroes posts and announcements. Are these in-house graphics? Is there a tutorial somewhere? The look and feel is so unique!
Looking at the grahic you choose, it is made up of rectangles, lines and circles with thick line widths.
Sometimes I ty to recreate the graphics on the ELH home page in powerpoint to 'test' myself. It may never look quite as good but it helps you to break down the images ad understand who it is constructed.
Give it a go recreating stuf and it may inspire your own grahics!

There are some really cool tutorials on youtube for creating flat design style graphics...
That's way too hard for me. I guess I gotta hire some pros for that.
