Has anyone been successfully involved in moving from a mainly "classroom" model to a mainly "online" model , specifically in relation to corporate Induction/Onboarding.
If so, I'd be really interested in hearing about specific successes, challenges etc., offline/PM is needed because of NDAs/corporate governance and so on.
Please let me know, I'd love to know about any roadbumps before I go blindly blundering on, should I need to!
