Formatting Shapes in PowerPoint 2010

Hi

Could somebody please help me out with this?  I have seen this great example somewhere in the tutorials on the "E-Learning Heros" site in the past and now I cannot seem to find it for the life of me.  The example demonstrates how you can create a customozed page number using such enhanced drawing tools as "Edit Points" and "Fill Color Transparency".  The end product is a square that bears the number 8 or something and the top-right hand corner is peeled  back with 8 showing through a bit artistically.  Could someone please point me back to the tutorial?  I swear I saw it somewhere on this site.  Thanks!!
