I'm very new to using and modifying templates....could you direct me to a How To so I can play with the avatars?  I can open the pptx files but have no clue where to begin after that.  Thanks!

Allene - the avatars are made up of layered shapes with different line/fill colors. You can right click on a piece and select "format shape" to change the colors using the "Fill" and "Line Color" tabs.

Don't be afraid to play around and see what happens, it's a great way to learn how the pieces interact! :)
