FREEBIE for SL2 and SL1: Toggle captions box UPDATED

Hey everyone,

I was just talking to a fellow developer and we discussed caption boxes for slides with voice-overs. The default Notes pane might not be what you want to use as it doesn't fit the design you'd want as naturally.

So I quickly set up this example and decided to share it all of you.

Jeff, I LOVE this! I have been looking for something like this that would stay open across all slides unless deselected. You're the best. Thanks so much for posting and sharing the file!

There is actually an easier way to create the on/off functionality but I couldn't resist creating a toggle button as it is somewhat technical to pull off and I keep forgetting how to do it :)

The simple version would have a hotspot over the icon on the base layer with a trigger to show the captions layer. On the captions layer I'd put a hotspot over the icon that hides the caption layer... easy peasy.
