FREEBIE - Storyline 360: Fly-in Fly-out animation
Feb 26, 2017
I recently watched a really cool animation created in go-animate(www.goanimate.com), and I thought I might be able to create something similar in Storyline - using the fly in and fly out animation.
After some experimenting, I came out with this effect which I think is pretty cool to use in your course to explain key processes, steps or even for staff introduction on on-boarding.
Since I can't apply the background music to the entire animation without the stop-start between slides, I've inserted the following code to the published story_html5 file:
<audio src="Happy.mp3" preload="auto" autoplay loop></audio>
*Happy.mp3 is your music file*
The above code must be placed before the </html>. Finally, the mp3 file must be placed in the root folder of the published folder.
I hope you like it!

Thank you for sharing, John.
Thanks guys - glad you like it
I really like this! Unfortunately I cannot download as it was created in a later version than I am using. I will try to recreate it. The tip on the music is fantastic! Thanks for sharing this!
Where did you get your graphics? I like the hands you used. Thanks
I was just wondering where is the music( from the download file)? then I saw this link ! Thanks for sharing!
Daniel - graphics were from freepik.com
Awesome work John! Good to see you around still :)
Unfortunately, I just got SL2 in 2016 and my company will not let me get SL3 until 2018. You can guess the next piece - no SL 360! Could you put the hand graphics in the download section? That would be helpful - I can't find those anywhere!
hi Kim (& others),
Here are the hands I used for the animation.
John, these are awesome! Thanks so much.
