Hi, and welcome to the "Freelance Heroes" thread, a place where Articulate Freelancers help each other. Got a question about freelancing? Or perhaps you have an e-learning asset that may be valuable to those "doin' their own thing"? This is the place to share--to give.
To start things off, I'd like to share a short list of questions that help me figure out what kind of training a potential client wants. (So often they have no idea what they want.) The list is far from exhaustive, but may be of some help. Looking forward to meeting you. --Daniel

Kai: I wish I had more direct experience to share. But one resource that
comes to mind is the *Performance Analysis* book by Robinson and Robinson.
They have a few templates in the book that might work for your needs.

It seems to happen a lot in this forum. Maybe the sheer mass of discussion overwhelmed the database. :-)

Kai, did they explain their objection to the infographic approach?
Maybe they're looking for something more data-oriented. For example, depending on your data, you could use a spreadsheet so that they can filter, sort, etc. You could even include pivot tables and charts (which might be an "acceptable" alternative to infographics).
It's a popular place to hang out for sure! :-) We'll keep an eye on if we see more like that and share with our web team.
