Frustration with hidden button

Hi everyone. Please help. I have a menu slide that I have created a Continue button that is to hide when the time starts, and stay hidden until all the menu buttons have been visited.

I have set the trigger for the continue button to hide when timeline starts and change to normal when timeline ends, if all the buttons have been visited.

The action works when I preview that slide, but it does not work when I preview or publish the elearning.

Attached is the file. please help me understand what I am doing wrong.

Set the initial state of the button to hidden. You can get rid of the starting trigger.
Create a trigger to change the state of the button to normal when the state of the other buttons are visited. Make sure they have visited states.
Make sure the slide property is set to resume saved states when revisiting.

In your example, since you're leaving the slide and coming back, I'd use variables to track slides viewed and then set the trigger to show the button based on the variable value. That gives you more control. You can learn how to do that in the variables tutorials.

Tom is correct. Start with the button's state as hidden and use variables to track page visits. Change the state to normal using AND with all the triggers. Happy developing.
