Globally changing the roll-over state on question forms?

Does anyone know where to Globally change the roll-over state color on the question forms?

Suzanne at the office here answered this question :]

Slide Master > Colors > Create new Theme Colors > Control 1

And right click to Edit the theme you're on. :]
