Got a new Project on Product Knowledge for finance institution

Hello PEOPLE,

I need help on handling this new project on Product Knowledge. It's new for me and I really want to give it a world class touch! Has anyone done any Project like this before? Please I will help. I will be excited to get examples of Scenarios, engaging interactions etc. and ideas on how to better approach it.

Some of the critical success factors of the project is:

- simplicity and rich content

- the ability to let learners understand that Customers are the most important.

- the ability to teach learners how to profile and match customers to fit company's products

- ability to test their knowledge and understanding of the course
