Graded Hot Spot Issue

We are having a strange issue with hot spots and wondered if anyone else has experienced this issue:
When we use hot spots in our courses, they work perfectly until they are graded or we select "Test Mode" when doing a screen recording. If the hot spot is graded, one of two things happens: 1. The learner will try to select the correct answer, but it shows they clicked somewhere else on the screen. OR 2. The hot spot won't work at all and the learner gets stuck on that page.
We've been in contact with Articulate support and they have verified that we are doing everything correctly when creating the hot spot quiz questions and that we have the correct settings selected when we export the course. We think it's an LMS issue, but we wanted to check to see if anyone else has experienced this. Any ideas?

Hmm that sounds odd! That's not something I've personally ever experienced. Did our support team confirm that they were able to reproduce the problem? Does this only happen when it's on your LMS?
We uploaded it to scorm.com and were able to replicate the issue. However, support confirmed we are creating the hot spot question correctly and have the correct settings when exporting. It's a really odd issue!
Have you tried using a freeform pick many question type instead of a hotspot? It works pretty much the same way, but it may resolve your issue.
