The only thing I'd do differently is to stop the percent value being altered once you reach the end of the graph. At the moment, once you reach the end of the graph, you can still change from 90% to 80% etc.
I think it's just a case of adding a True False variable to your Plus and Minus buttons. They should only work when the variable is False and then change the variable to True once the reset button appears.
