I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble here. I just tried this out, and the audio sounds crisp to me. Have you tried it out on multiple devices? If not, is there any chance the issue is your cell phone speakers?

Hi, Framcisco: A few years ago, I had an audio issues when learners were on iPads. If you can replicate the issue on a phone, I wonder what happens if you refresh the browser? On the ipad that was my short-term solution.
