A long time ago I stumbled upon a company's website that offered a really interesting approach to bridging the gap for training. They offered a solution that helped you send automated emails to students after the training session was over. Does this ring an bell for anyone?
We've got a system running now with clients that records trainees' post course action plans, involving their line managers, and gets line managers to evaluate these plans after several months.
All based on automated emails.
