Help needed with the seekbar

Hi Everyone,
Hope you all doing will and started your 2017 with lots of energy
I facing an issue with the seekbar on slides that have multi layers.
I have placed the audio in the base layer and linked the layers to cue points.
Everytime I click on the seekbar of the base layer (at earlier point) the objects of the layers remain on.
For example:
if I have layer "A" appearing at Cue point 1, layer "B" appearing at Cue point 2, and layer "C" appearing at Cue point 3... if Layer 3 appeared and before it gets completed I click on the seekbar at any point before Cue point 1 (going back to the base layer) the objects of layer 3 remains ON showing on the base layer until time line of base 3 gets over!!
is there any way to fix this issue?

I cannot help with the Cue Point triggers, but you could eliminate the Cue Points and just do timing triggers. Have Layer A come in at x seconds, Layer B come in at y seconds while Layer A exits at y seconds. That would bypass the issue of the user scrolling ahead and layers not acting correctly.
