Hi dears, hope everything is going well.

i am really confused now. i used to work on story-line 2 long time ago after that i stopped working since my free trail has expired. i planned to purchase the software with my company then articulate 360 has been released :).

1. the thing i understood is when i buy the story line 2 id have two versions of it one for my personal laptop for example and one for my PC.  when i read now about 360 its been said that ill have just one software not two! plz advice on this.

2. are the software rise and etc... come with articulate 360 if i purchase it ? is it like story line, are they the sames in features ?

3. i tried to try 360 articulate but it asks me to sign in? how can i sign up to try the product? 

4. what is the difference between storyline2 and articulate 360 ?

5. can i work on my old projects in storyline 2 in articulate 360 ?

Hi Ali! To answer your questions: 

1. With Storyline 2, one user can install the software on 2 different machines. The same licensing rules apply to the desktop software that's included with Articulate 360.

2. Articulate 360 includes Rise, Storyline 360 and many more apps and resources that'll help you create e-learning. See them all here: https://articulate.com/360

3. You can get a free, 30-day trial of Articulate 360 here. You will need to log in with your Articulate ID to activate it (that's the account you used to create this discussion). 

4. When you purchase Storyline 2, you get a perpetual license for the software. Articulate 360 is an annual subscription that includes a new version of Storyline (Storyline 360) plus a lot more! Storyline 360 includes new features that are not included in Storyline 2, such as the new responsive player. Learn about some of our favorite new features here and see a chart comparing the features in Storyline 2 and Storyline 360 here. 

5. Yes, you can upgrade your Storyline 2 projects to Storyline 360! Here's more info on how to do that.
