I have a slide with a button which is mandatory to click. I have a layer called Oops which shows if learner clicks Next without clicking the mandatory button.
After clicking the Mandatory button and then Next the Oops layer briefly appears before moving onto the Next slide. How can I fix this?
The trigger is set to
"Show layer Mandatory if user clicks Next and Mandatory buttons state = Normal."
"Jump to Next slide if user click Next button and Mandatory buttons state = visited."

Do you have a hide layer trigger? Can you share the story file or even just the slide

Do you apply the trigger conditions for the normal and visited state? like below:
