Help! Storyline publish not showing images or text

I have published a file and uploaded it to our LMS.

When previewing the file in Storyline everything works fine. In the published LMS version there are no images or text. The only pieces appearing are Animated Storyline Characters, shapes and the audio (but no text or other images)
