Maybe someone can answer this: When I view Storyline project in player it trims part of the project - equally. Not sure why this happens. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hey Gail! See if the solution in this article helps you resolve it. If not, would you mind submitting a support case so we can take a look and help you out?
Hmmm...the module is missing a white boarder that appears on every slide. Is it possible to change the color to white? How would this be identified in the advanced color editing feature of the player? Window? Maybe I changed this by mistake when changing the player color?
Hmm, sometimes I've seen this if the player colors for the parameter called base>>slide_bg is set to a particular color AND the slide background itself is set to 100% transparent. Try this: open your slide in Normal View in Storyline, and in the gray workspace off to the side of your slide, right-click and choose Format Background. then see if there is a value for Transparency. If so, change it to 0% and see if that helps. Here's a screencast with a little more info: https://jeanette.viewscreencasts.com/38b925ac0ace9d96e6ffc4c72b395f7d

Hmm, not quite sure what you're seeing - would you be able to attach a screenshot to this discussion so we can take a look?
Slide boarder disappears when published - see screenshots below.

If that doesn't clear things up, would you mind submitting your story file to our support team so they can troubleshoot the actual file? Thanks!
