I have a course that I created in Articulate Storyline 2 that has a five question review. The passing score is 80% and learners are given the option to retry the quiz.
I have had several employees call me stating that the system is displaying the failure status layer but the Your Score displayed is above the 80% requirements. Several employees have called me with a 100% score and the Failed layer displaying.
When I go to my LMS to check the status I see the failed attempts with the passing score displayed.
I would check that the results slide is connected to the questions. Double click on your results slide and click Edit Results Slide (top right). Make sure the all the correct questions are selected. I would also check the layers on the results slide as if they have been edited they might have been made identical by accident.
If you are using Moodle as your LMS, you can manually edit the scores on the Grades page to rectify any errors.
