I've recorded my screen from Storyline 360. I followed the "Storyline: How to Hide Sensitive Information in Screen Recordings" video and put boxes on the sensitive information I want hidden at specific times within the timeline. When I preview the video everything works as expected. The problem arises when I try to put the published video into Articulate Rise. When my video plays in Rise, all the sensitive information that I've hidden is in plain sight again. So, why aren't my boxes showing up? How can I fix this?

Going forward, I would use Media Library to edit the images. The edits are permanent because you're editing the actual images.
You'll need to remove the screen recording action from each slide and change the jump to next slide trigger to the hotspot.
