I'm a new user. I have set up a hot spot to display a caption box with text when the participant hovers over the hot spot. Due to the length of text in my caption box, a scroll bar is required. How can I make the text remain on the screen until the participant scrolls to the bottom of the text using the scroll bar? As is, the caption box disappears when the mouse pointer moves to the scroll bar. Thanks!
Hi Kathy, take a look at your hover trigger, there is a checkbox that says restore on mouse leave. If you uncheck the box, the caption should remain on the screen.
