Hotspot or Radio Buttons?

Hello,

On my first slide I am asking the user to type in their name and also provide which state/location they are in as we are a national company. 

The information will be customised halfway through the whole course depending which location they are working in. 

Should I put in radio buttons or hotspots (if i added in a map). How can we create variables that we can use so the slides then change depending on which state they are located in?
