I'm working on a neighborhood watch course and would like to have a 911 activity where the user reads a scenario, calls 911, and has to type responses to the questions the 911 operator is asking. I have no idea where to even begin. Help, please!
need some more information - will the 911 call be audio and the learner is responding via text or it will be like a chat window? Do the responses have to be graded?
I would like to have audio and text if possible. The responses would not be graded. Just prior to this they have the opportunity to listen to an actual 911 audio call. As well as do an activity where they identify a suspect from a photo lineup after watching a video. So this final activity is putting it all together to get them comfortable answering questions and providing detail. All the answers to the questions would be provided on screen in a written scenario. Hope that makes sense.
