I have a PDF that I need my learners to read (or at least view) as a prerequisite of completing their course. I would like to do a button that is hidden until they view the resource. Once they return to the slide, the button would be visible. However, I can't figure out how to build the trigger. Any ideas?
you can add a trigger to jump to a url and make that your pdf and then add a trigger to change the state of the button from hidden to normal, off course you cannot make them view the pdf or even read it.
You could add a checkbox, "I have read the PDF" which when checked shows the button. And pressing the first button shows the pdf.

You could also put the PDF on a layer, then change the state of the button to visible at the start of that layer.
