How do you intergate eLearning and wordpress?

Hi all, I've been playing with wordpress/buddypress lately and I love all the social media widgets and plug-ins. I've also fiddled with scormcloud, to take the learning to the learners, rather than make them come to an LMS.
What I'd really like to do, is launch the eLearning inside a page in wordpress. that way all the great tools like twitter/facebook/chat/voting/reviews etc.... all this amazing stuff you can do with wordpress, would be at their fingertips and available around the learning. What I don't want is the eLearning to launch in a new window, thus forcing learners to tab between the wordpress site and the eLearning windows.
Has anyone done this before? any ideas?
cheers
Dave

How did you embed your Articulate player into the WordPress page? If it was just using a WordPress plugin, what one was it? And how could I do it without a WP plugin? Thanks.
I did find that using Google Sites, and an iFrame gadget, you can simply paste the link of the player into the gadget and set parameters for the width and height, and it will embed the player into your page. It's a little clunky, however, as it shows edges webpage edges around the player itself. If that made any lick of sense. Obviously, Google Sites isn't the best for everything (especially design), but it does have that cool feature.
Hi there!
Not sure if this thread is still alive.. whatever.
We at Docebo have just released our Open Source integration plug-in between the Docebo Cloud E-Learning platform and WordPress.
It works, it's really user-fiendly..
Should anyone be interested in this integration, more info are available on our Blog.
take care!

you need to get LearnDash
http://www.learndash.com/
a fantastic WP plugin
I am late to this, but what we do is build a custom WordPress site with membership that integrates with Recurly for memberships. Then we leverage the AO API to use AO as our LMS. Works great.

Heard of WordPress LMS? A option which fits in for you just perfectly.
Wordpress is one of the most popular free, open source content management systems and is used for creating and managing various web platforms.
Wordpress LMS integration brings your elearning to Wordpress, giving you one-click access to training content, letting you assign courses and track performance, plus much more.
Here is a short list of features what you can expect with WordPress LMS
Please find the link below where you can get more details,

Hi Dave
I have just started working on a similar setup using Studio and WPLMS, an LMS wordpress theme. There are others such as Eduma/LearnPress, although I don't know if it supports Tin Can. These themes are about $59-$69.
I embed the studio package and it plays within the wordpress window. The next step is to use scormcloud to track quiz results within WPLMS, which apparently does work, I just haven't got to it yet. You can see the support video how to here.
I'll report back once I have it all working and if you give it a try I'd be interested to hear your thoughts.

I'm also trying to do this. I was hoping to integrate LearnPress and SCORM / TinCan Rise exports, but so far I've only found a plugin for LearnDash (https://www.uncannyowl.com/downloads/tin-canny-reporting/) and the SCORM Cloud wordpress plugin (https://rusticisoftware.com/resources/add-scorm-wordpress/).
Has anyone found any more info, or have any other ideas for intergration? Cheers
