How do you use community to drive learning in your organization?

Ok. The Articulate community rocks. We're all here, so we know it.

But how are you using community within your organization to drive learning?

I recently did an interview with Tom Kuhlmann, and here's what he said:

"Corporate training people who want to leverage community should focus on two things:
1- curating valuable content and making it easy to find and use
2- connecting subject matter experts who can share what they know"

Are you doing either of these? If so, what? I'm curious how people are actually using community within their own organizations. I look forward to hearing your responses!

Bryan, firstly this is a great question. My experience of this was using an opportunity of an intranet update to get the I.T. team to create a space where users to could leave their 'learning content' which is for a bespoke software, so people could access this wealth of user experience. (Which is basically what Tom is saying in the interview. Plus the software is NOT user friendly so people have developed lots of work arounds!
