We need to build a certification (online)or test/quiz programs for our customers. The certification program will consist of a range of questions (multiple choice), but also with space/capability to write a thesis, for example. We would need to be able to track results, schedule seminars/webinars, and send reminders for recertification.
Do you know any test / quiz programs that can offer that? We have used test.com in the past, but would like something more user friendly than that (with a better admin). It would need to be integrated into our existing website.

An e-learning authoring tool like Articulate Studio '13 or Articulate Storyline will let you do this. And it also sounds like you need the ability to track your users scores. Tracking users scores is usually done using an LMS (Learning Management System). There are many options available to you when it comes to this. I also have a question about creating certificates. Is it possible in Storyline, or Articulate Online to automatically issue a certficate of completion for a topic based on the quiz score? For an entire course, is it possible to aggregate the quiz scores for required topics and issue an overall certificate automatically?
i can suggest using Joomla Quiz Deluxe It meets all the requirements, however, it is developed for Joomla! and if your website use another CMS the component will not suit.
