For the past few weeks this question is hunting me: How can I develop an e-Learning course using Storyline that can be viewed on the Web, iphone, ipad, and Android devices? In another words, when a user signs in to the Website, he would be able to view the content with any of these devices.
web and iPad are easy as Storyline will publish to these devices. It will also publish to the iPhone but I would normally build a course that was specific for the iPhone because of the smaller form factor. Storyline does not officially support Android and this will involve a lot of troubleshooting and you may not get it to work as well as you want on android devices

Can every content be viewed on mobile platforms?
For instance, would something like James Ruffell's 3D swipe animation work on an iPad?

It should do, may have some issues because of the complexity.
