I have an assessment in storyline with an option to review the results. I have turned on the feature to know correct/incorrect. But out of all questions, there is a one particular question in which I want to hide the default patch at the bottom of the course. Can anyone help me please?

You cannot hide it, you can overlay it on the review layer so it is hidden
