I want to add a screencapture of 2 page document (to put into storyline scrolling panel). I have Jing and can capture one page of the document, but how can I capture the two pages that scroll on from each other?
Capture the two pages as jpgs. Combine the jpgs in Photoshop or similar bitmap editing program.
Or make the document a file the participant accesses by clicking Resources. I sometimes do that and advise the participant there will be questions on the quiz that can be answered only from the information contained in the file they're asked to download and read.

I don't know if Jing has that capability. SnagIt, another TechSmith product, allows you to capture multiple pages via its Scrolling Capture feature.
