Hello, I have been asked to make changes to two courses in Articulate and I am unsure what the process. So I have an Iron Mountain update. I desperately need to know that process. Some said me it basically copy and pasting but I am new to this and I really need your. I not know where to start. I have until the EOD on Friday to complete this and another course. Someone please help. I so appreciate it.

Hi Pat.

Not sure what an Iron Mountain update is but here is some info to help you on your way.

To make the changes to a Rise course you'll need a license for Articulate 360, which will give you access to Rise 360.

If you didn't originate the original course you'll need to ask whoever did so to send the course to you. Info on how to do this is here: https://articulate.com/support/article/Rise-How-to-Send-a-Copy-of-a-Course-to-Another-Author

Once you receive the course you can open it in Rise, via a web browser such as Googel Chrome (as Rise is cloud-based) and make any edits required.

Hope this helps.

Hi Pat!

To access a Rise 360 course and make edits to it you first you need to navigate to 360.articulate.com, then log in. From there you can access your Articulate 360 Dashboard, and click on the Rise 360 button to access the Rise dashboard.

You can talk to whoever has previous access to Rise 360 to build the training to get the course transferred to you and to get log in information. If you need a hand with this, you can submit a support case here
