On my introduction page, there are two sections that can be selected. Once a module has been selected I have added a change state to disable the button however when I return to the page, the button shows as being visited but I can select it again. How do I disable it so I cannot select it again.
You could always create an exact copy of the button and place it directly over top of the regular button. Make the Initial state hidden. use a true/false variable or trigger to change the state of it to normal once the learner completes that section of your course. Make sure this button does not open the layer or slides they have completed. They now can no longer click on the "disabled" button that is causing you trouble. A transparent box that has a hover with the words "Completed", might work as well. Good Luck!
Have a look at the attached and see if that's what you wanted. I simply added a trigger to each of the buttons to change its state to Disabled before jumping to the scene. Also, I set the slide properties of the menu slide to Resume to saved State.
