This seems like it must be a ridiculous question, but I can't get the right-hand Trigger/Layer panel to re-open in Storyline. When I hover my cursor changes to the movement indicator, but it won't catch the edge and drag back open. I've tried restarting, opening a new project, waiting a day...but, still it's still stuck. Any suggestions?
Hey Kathryn, and welcome! If your cursor is changing to the double-sided arrow, that's a good sign! When it does change to the double-sided arrow, just click and drag a good distance to the left - like half-way across the slide workspace. You'll see a gray line appear, and then you can release your mouse button and the panes will appear. Jill does a good job explaining it here: https://player.vimeo.com/video/149069248
Hi Kathyrn - don't be embarrassed about asking this question. I think we have all been stumped by this at one point.
I'm not sure why Articulate has not fixed this problem. It seems to me it would be an easy UI change and would save them a ton of time in the long run in reduced support questions.
