Image corruption when migrating from SL1 to Sl2

We have a number of character images in a SL1 course that look fine. However, in the conversion to SL2 they are all corrupted. An example is attached.

The slides with the images were  not edited in the SL2 version.

Any ideas would be welcome, as replacing all the images will be very time consuming.

Thanks for posting here in the E-Learning Heroes forum, and sorry you've run into this issue!

Can you please submit a support case to our tech team for this issue, so we can take a closer look at what's causing the image corruption to happe when you convert from Storyline 1 to Storyline 2. Thank you, and again, sorry you've run into this problem !
