Images and Photos Need Sites

So I found a list of site to get stock images and photos from both free and cost. I am struggling though beacuase I am looking for a collections of cut out photos and illustrations of people that will work well for elearning.

I looked into e-Learning Art and I feel like that is my best option for stock cut out images of people. I currently use presenter media for a lot of our projects but the strange white stick figure people are starting to get old.

Does anyone have a great site they feel like is extremely robust and offers a huge selection of illustrated and photographed people?
