I have a situation where I will need someone out-of-state to do a screencast and provide voice over with what she is doing but I will want a script so I can do a re-record and provide the final voice over. Has anyone hear of any software where the person could screencast, audio record and have that audio also scripted in real time? I'm trying to determine how to speed up these transcription process.
I've used Rev and it's a lot cheaper than buying new software. The turnaround is really fast.
Even if you had the software to do it, you'd spend time editing the text.
Another option is to upload to YouTube (keep the video private) and have YT do the transcription. It's fast and free. Then you need to edit where it's not correct.

While it's not real time, rev.com does fast and inexpensive transcriptions. Could you send the audio to that site to get a transcription?
