I have a video file (.wmv) and converted it using the Articulate Video Encoder. But the audio is too low. Does anyone have suggestions on how best to pump the volume? The problem is, when I increased the audio volume in Encoder and imported into my Articulate project, the volume was NOT even noticeable. I increased it to 150% but but then PPT crashed and choked (PPT 2007). Anyone have any options?

You can use ddvideo flv video converter gain to increase your video volum from 75db to 105db.very easy to use and with high quality.
