It would be really nice if, for a longish lesson in Rise, we could do an index at the top which links down to top-level headings further down the page.
Is this something that will be added at some time?
Its something I have always done in my courses before and my customers may wonder why I have not done it this time.
Eight months ago I raised a request with the support staff for a hyperlink system, similar to that used in a web site, that would allow you to jump to anywhere within your course (not just to another lesson, as you can already do with Button blocks).
If implemented, this would enable you to manually set up an index at the start of your course. However, I think an auto generated one (an Index block) would be a great idea.
Hi CV. Just an ordinary human here 🙂, and I want to let you know that this request is on our radar. We don't have this planned for our immediate roadmap, but I've tagged this conversation to be updated if that changes.

So it's +1 from me for this one. :)
Maybe there could be a new type of heading added to the text blocks - an index heading, which could be the headings linked to in the index block.
Surely that would not be too hard to do?
Could the Articulate Gods give us this do you think?? Please?
Curious, any word on this from the Articulate Gods? My client asked me about this today. Is the option to build something manually?
