I would like to insert the resource documents for a Storyline presentation right into the CD so they do not need to be accessed by an internet connection. Is there a way to do that?
This is super easy just using the trigger action "Jump to URL/file":
When you create the trigger, you'll browse for the file on your local computer using those three dots. When you publish the Storyline project, that file will get copied over into the story_content > external_files folder, so it's part of your published project.

The idea is to put a relative URL instead of an absolute URL and have the documents resident in CD
