Our client is looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our program as an Instructional Designer.
If you have previous instructional design experience and can translate highly technical content into effective, global technical learning solutions, we would like to speak with you!

This role is located at our corporate headquarters in Seattle, WA. at one of the "most admired companies in the

world"

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess, develop and implement innovative networked learning solutions that assist the business to meet strategic initiatives and future growth
- Creatively use instructional design, learning theories, and appropriate technologies to enhance learning and engage learners through blended learning solutions
- Develop interactive e-Learning solutions that contain precise content presented in contextually accurate scenarios to engage learners and increase knowledge transfer
- Develop or leverage existing content to produce learning solutions within extremely tight timelines
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an entrepreneurial environment
- Work with a diverse group of stakeholders across organizations to understand customer needs and to validate effectiveness of solutions.
- Communicate effectively to sponsors and stakeholders and partner carefully with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to drive results

Basic Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional technology, educational technology, organizational development
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of instructional design, including significant experience in designing and delivering training solutions to large organizations and technical audiences
- eLearning design experience with Adobe Presenter and learning management systems administration, ideally on Maestro
- Multi-media development skills in audio, video, and/or animation
- Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Able to manage workflow with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple stakeholders and sometimes changing priorities
- Proven track record of being able to quickly come up to speed, work independently across multiple teams and delivering quality results within tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- eLearning experience with additional tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and/or Articulate
- Experience in a major corporate training environment working on instructional design assignments across multiple teams or groups
