Instructional Designer
Innovate, Collaborate and Contribute: Join Emergency Nurses Association, a growing national association dedicated to advancing emergency nursing. ENA is looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Institute of Emergency Nursing, Education Team. The Instructional Designer collaborates with staff, volunteers and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement high quality nursing education programs and products. This Instruction Designer also serves as a resource to other departments to provide guidance to ensure that the design and development of educational activities are consistent and aligned with policies, standards, and educational goals.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of 3 years of Instructional Design and web-authoring experience, preferably in healthcare, experience with Learning Management Systems and development tools for e-learning modules, such as Articulate, Adobe Products (Captivate, Flash, Design Standard) and Camtasia.
