Instructional Designer (Full Time Position)

MedStar SiTEL is looking for talented and driven instructional designers to join our team.  The instructional designer is a critical leader in our movement to catalyze and support learning that advances health.  The instructional designer will be responsible for designing and developing online and blended learning solutions for a diverse population of learners.  The individual will work closely with a team of subject matter experts, digital media specialists, clinical educators, and project managers to create innovative, engaging, and interactive education.  Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the principles of instructional design and adult learning theory, as well as experience with eLearning authoring tools.  They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and will have experience working on a collaborative team to accomplish organization-wide goals.   Applicants should be prepared to show examples of their work (e.g. a portfolio of eLearning courses).
