Engaging and Interactive Onboarding Inductions
My name is Ash and I'm a Learning Designer for a mining company over in Western Australia. We have a suite of online onboarding inductions which we've built in Storyline and have been using for a number of years but we're looking into ways we can improve and make onboarding more engaging for our learners.
I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who would like to connect and have a bit of a sharing exercise on what you're doing/what we're doing and your/our successes and areas for improvement?
A bit about our learners - we have a workforce of around 3000 people (around 1500 direct employees and the rest contractors) - predominantly site-based and some in Perth CBD. Our current suite of onboarding inductions includes a site induction, health and safety programs and HR programs.
