interactivity suggestion

I am trying to build a  maths table excerise. The user must click on a button or shape to reveal the correct answer. Any suggestions of the best way to do this.?

Here is what i have done so far. If the learner clicks on the green shapes it reveals the correct answer.

or clicks on the bottons to reveal correct or incorrect answer. If i do this the whole page will have buttons and states.
