I am publishing my course as (web) HTML5 (no fallback on flash -client FTP doesn't support flash-), when I view it locally on IE11 it is working, once uploaded on client server, the course stops playing on IE11 (it continues playing fine on all other browsers).
any ideas what can cause this and how can I solve it?
Have you checked to see if it is running in Compatibility View in IE 11? I've had issues with that in the past. IE 11 will sometimes mimic an earlier version that may not fully support strictly HTML5.
